I have been a problem solver for 30 years as a factory PhD. When I turned 55, resolved to solve my own health and fitness issues. I spent a lot of time on research, made too many mistakes, but eventually, I permanently lost 33b/15kg in ~4 months! Only in hindsight, I have been able to simplify the necessary key actions as a 5-part no-PHD system, meaning pill-free, hunger-free, and dumbbell (gym)-free.

My motivation and care hopefully come out of my channel and pages online, and this free course is and extension of my wish to help people.

After his year-long focus on getting his own health and fitness in order, his findings are summarized in this book. Health and fitness remain as one of the biggest problems in life for many and many societies, which is the motivation to write this book.
