My Investment Journey
I grew up in a family of 6 and I saw how hard my parents had to work to put food on the table for their 4 children. When I was 14 years old, I lost my dad to liver cancer and kidney failure. My mother had to take up 2-3 jobs to make ends meet and play the role of a father and mother at home.
Life was really tough without money. Since young I watched my parents fight and argue over money issues. It became more tedious when my father passed away as he chalked up a loan shark debt of $40,000.
From then I took up multiple part-time jobs to help my family. But working hard and exchange my time for money isn't a permanent solution.
Therefore I started to read up on biographies written by self-made millionaires. They all had one thing in common, they are investors!
