It can allow us to provide self-care throughout our day so that we can play all of our numerous roles in a way that honors us. Through meditation, and mindfulness we learn to appreciate ourselves and our worth.
Within a few minutes, you will feel rejuvenated, focused and ready to take on the next task. Imagine taking mini-retreats throughout your day! These practices are not to replace the much needed ‘girl’s night out’ but they will help support you until the next time.
I have learned new techniques to help east stress and anxiety for both men and women. I truly hope to reach out to more through this ecourse!
