Your Instructor
Mun Kit has been a martial art Instructor for about 25 years. He is in the Technical Committee of the Malaysian International Taekwon-Do Federation, responsible for ensuring Malaysian Taekwon-Do instructors are teaching the martial art professionally.
Since childhood, he has been struggling with losing weight. Being round and chubby, he was an easy bully prey.
Since the lockdown, he has been designing the K.I.C.K.S system which has helped himself and other students lose 5kg in 10 weeks time and improving self-confidence using the martial art way.
This system can be applied even if one doesn't have any martial art experience.
