What is MENTAL HEALTH?

Most of the time, we only focus on improving our physical health that we dismissed the care for our mental health. Mental health is linked to the stress we put in our mind which ultimately affects our soul. My method of improving my mental health will be through the help of a Chinese Martial Arts, particularly Tai-Chi (太极).


Why Tai Chi?

The philosophy behind Tai Chi is vast and enriching which emphasis on balancing the YIN and the YANG. Yin and Yang can be represented as two opposite forces that bends together and form a perfect sphere. Through this, Tai Chi seek practitioners to understand and discover the balance we need in our daily activities.

In all the various form of Chinese Martial Arts or KUNG FU , Tai-Chi has been the most helpful in creating Clarity and Stability for me. Hence, I wish to share this wonderful journey that I experienced over the years of practicing Tai Chi and deliver the TRUE ESSENCE of Tai Chi.

Kai is a passionate loving Kung fu practioner with over 10 years of training. with the number of years that was devoted in mastering the various chinese martial arts, Kai is able to share his experiences through teachings.
Kai has taught numerous students, ranging from 4 years old toddlers to elderly. Kai has managed to ignite several young souls into loving Chinese martial arts through his in depth training.
Kai participated in several competitions and clinched medals for different forms of Kung fu, Baji Quan being his most iconic routine forms.
Over the years, Kai has been invited to perform at numerous events and occasion which further broadcast the burning passion within him.
Being invited to conduct classes on a cruise ship has been his key highlight as he can share the art of chinese kungfu around the world.
