However, it wasn't always like that, I used to suffered from burn out and anxiety panic disorder. I still remembered my boss call me into his office. He was super happy sharing we won another big client and he could only trust me to handle this new client. Inside of me is screaming nooooo..... I had highlighted that I was overwhelmed at work, even-though my team has expanded, but still too much for us to handle. It took me 1 year to finally pass my Australian's clients (5% of my account) to another team which is relatively much more free than me and now he want me to double my account capacity? He must be joking. I remembered coming out of his room, sitting on my chair. Feeling overwhelmed by the whole news. I knew I couldn't continue like this as I know I have hit the max stress that I can cope in my life as I divide my time energy between work and also pursuing for my degree in university class in the evening. My memory wasn't as good as it was. Sometimes I so stress out that I couldn't even breath properly. I am feeling exhausted, temper has been really bad and having trouble to sleep. I decided I want a change and it starts with quitting my job. Change indeed I did, but not for very long. You see, I didn't have the right knowledge and skills to manage all of these. Nothing will change unless I start to do thing differently.

Few years later, I was having a series of panic attacks that surfacing after years of living in high stress. I remember sitting in an outdoor restaurant in Shangri-La Hotel at Sentosa beach feeling so anxious. The ambient was nice with soft music playing in the background, my hand holding a glass of wine as my friends telling some jokes. While putting a smile and laugh on my face, I trying to analyse why am I so anxious. It was as if I am going to the stage to make a performance to 5000 people that level of anxiousness. I hardly can sit still on the chair.

Few days later, I was exhausted as I reach home and suddenly a change in my body. It was as an atomic bomb has exploded in my body, my whole system went into panic mode. I never experiencing something as intensive as this. The anxiety feeling was totally took over my body. Suddenly, I remembered a method that my mentor teach me 10 years ago when she force me to do it to ground myself. Thanks to that method, I somehow can sleep at that night. It was at that moment, I decided I could no longer continue like this and I need help.

I started to learn different ways that could help me so I can have a good sleep. And being trained as a product developer by profession, my curiosity took over as I play with different methods that I learnt as I trying to cope with my own high alert system(Anxiety and overwhelming feeling). Some of it work like magic so much that I am able to sleep deep like a baby. I slowly developing more awareness what is going on in my life and took steps to overcome them. It was a long and arduous journey to recovery. As I recovered, I realised a lot of people think just like me; stress is normal, it is part and puzzle of life.
